🛍 Orders & Customization

1. All products on Print Carva are customized gifts made on order (mugs, t-shirts, bottles, frames, etc.).
2. Once customization details (photo, name, text, logo) are shared, orders cannot be cancelled after processing.
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of uploaded images, text, or design inputs. Print Carva will not be liable for mistakes in customer-provided content.

💳 Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST (unless stated otherwise).
2. Payments must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway.
3. We reserve the right to modify prices or offers without prior notice.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1. Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen reasons.
2. Print Carva is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
3. Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses to avoid delivery issues.

📦 Returns & Replacements

1. Since products are personalized, returns are accepted only in case of:
   • Wrong product delivered
   • Manufacturing or printing defect
   • Damaged product on delivery
2. Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
3. Replacement will be provided after verification; refunds are not possible for customized products.

🔐 Privacy & Data Usage

1. Customer information (photos, names, logos, etc.) is used only for customization purposes.
2. Print Carva does not sell or misuse customer data.

🛡 Limitation of Liability

1. Print Carva will not be responsible for:
   • Errors in customer-provided data
   • Minor color/design differences due to printing & display variations
   • Delays beyond our control (courier, natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
2. Our liability is limited only to the product price paid by the customer.
