Refund and Returns Policy

At Print Carva, each product is carefully customized as per your request. Since these are made specially for you, we follow a strict but fair return & replacement policy.


๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Replacements

  1. Customized products are non-returnable unless:
    • You received a wrong product
    • There is a printing/manufacturing defect
    • The product was delivered damaged
  2. If you face any of the above issues:
    • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide photos/videos as proof via email or WhatsApp
  3. After verification, we will provide a free replacement.
  4. Refunds are not applicable for personalized products (since they cannot be resold).

๐Ÿ•’ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided production has not started.
  • Once the product is under printing/processing, cancellation is not possible.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are allowed only if replacement is not possible (rare cases).
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
